Radical sounds, experimental edges, and a relentless energy on stage — meet Rest Up, a young trio from Angers, France.

Formed in 2021, the band quickly made a name for themselves through intense live shows, blending art punk and crank wave in the spirit of bands like Ditz or The Psychotic Monks. Their second EP It Was Summer (2023), recorded at La Cuve and mixed by Daniel Fox (Gilla Band), offers six cathartic tracks that dive into themes of existential turmoil and delicate vulnerability — a raw, abrasive sound infused with emotional depth.

Their debut full-length album is due on September 26, 2025, via Le Cèpe and EXAG’ Records.
