Gut Model is a Brussels-based maximalist art rock quartet, formed in 2020. Following the album Spulctures (2024), which marked a shift towards influences ranging from progressive rock to noise, the band is preparing its next release. Their new album, Hex on us!, is expected in April 2026 on EXAG’ Records. Recorded at B.U.N.K., the album is rooted in contemporary tensions. Its sounds and themes address ecological fears, technological drifts, and current sociopolitical tensions. Through historical metaphors and speculative narratives, the lyrics deal with modern topics such as transhumanism, individualization, and the phenomenon of "escapism."
