End of Collaboration with Gut Model

By means of this statement, we announce the end of our collaboration with the band Gut Model.

This decision follows serious allegations of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) against a member of the group.
Following our discussions with the band, it appears they have chosen to keep the musician within the project and embark on a path of redemption.

EXAG’ Records categorically rejects any form of sexual violence.

As an independent label, we believe it is our duty to guarantee a safe environment and to place ethics above all artistic or contractual considerations. 
While the band has initiated its own process, it is incompatible with our commitments, and maintaining our support would be in total contradiction with our fundamental values.

We affirm our full support for the victims and are withdrawing, effective immediately, all involvement with the band.
